Week 5: Task 3-WNBA Fight

WNBA Fight - Detroit v. Los Angeles Brawl (HD Quality)
It is the WNBA... during the competation, it is actually almost at the end of the comptetation-----4.5 more seconds. One Detroit player who is in white has agreement with one Los Angeles player who is in blue. They are fighting causes the blue one pulls the white one so that the white one couldnot run back. And because of that, all the fances and drillmasters got much actuation. But it isnot formal, it rarely happened only just one or two times per year.

Liu Xiang, Chinese's hope
He was born in Shanghai, China. He got Gold medal,2004 Athens Oltympics(110 m hurdles)...and World champion, Osaka,2007 (110 m hurdles)...Now he is one of the most popular sports players in China as well as Yao Ming which is the famous basketball player in Rocket who is also borned in Shanghai.

Three times silver medal champion....and also in February 2006, world champion in the 100 and 200 meter breaststroke...
Olympic is a good game for us every 4 year... I am interested in it, I hope it can give us interests and fun. recently...Beijing 2008... The Olympic Games will hold soon... let's wait for it...

How was it? 4th of July Fireworks
That day is July 4th, and the fireworks was in downtown Seattle. That's very good and cool. Every one enjoyed the fireworks at that time. 10.oo pm. people stay under the spaceneedle, and they were waiting for the fireworks. All the people said that it is very nice and great! CRAZY!!! once a year...
It is the most beantiful firework that I have never seen before. That night, I also went out. I went to the Gas Works Park, and there were many people in it already when I went to park. I was worried I am late... Haha,,, Just when I found somewhere good, the fireworks began. It was about 20mins... Although it was very noisy, I was enjoyed in it all the time... BEAUTIFUL...

Earthquake in China 2008!
On May 12th, one really bad thing was happened... Sichuan earthquake! This powerful earthquake was worse than the 1976 Tangshan earthquake in China. It is 8.0!!! It occured very widely in China, including Beijing...Shanghai... and it lead more than thousands people died in this earthquake.
I choose this item cause I am a Chinese... I like my country, it seems like my big family...When I first heard about this news, I was so depression, and I was worried about the people who live there. I don't want to see the death toll was increaseing...
I hope they can rebuild their hometown as soon as possible.
You know that this year is very important to China, it will hold the Olympic Games in China this year, but a lot of bad things were happened, such as snow... Tibet... and also this earthquake... So this year is also hard for China. But I think that was not the obstruction to stop China to hold the Olympic Games this year---Beijing 2008...
We can solve the problems right now;we can do it very well;we can conquer all the difficulties... I believe!
